Brief Description
Extend a Cycletrack or protected bike facility from Morgan State to Clifton Park on Hillen Avenue. The facility would be about 1.5 miles. Hillen Road is 6 lanes with room to put in a buffered facility. It would help connect multiple neighborhoods with Morgan State University, Lake Montebello, the 35 mile loop, and Lake Clifton. The bicycle facility could be complimented with traffic calming and better access to park facilities from the neighborhoods.
